    how to reply to Ticket#

    Nag file na ako ng report tungkol sa na hack kong account. Ngayon di ko alam saan ako mag rereply. Ito yung ticket number. Ticket# 16617942. Sa otrs system ba ako mag rereply or gagawa ako ng bagong email para maka reply. Paturo nalang pano ko irereply yung mga kailangan kong requirements para mabawi yung account ko. Thank you po
