    12 days project quest - incomplete rewards received- Bogus response from email supp

    I received an email from Karl from Player Support Division ng garena last 12/29/2017 na credited na yung rewards sa account ko. Pero until now wala pa rin, 3 days na lang mageexpire na yung project tokens at hindi na mapapakinabangan. naglog aq ulet ng new ticket nung jan 1,2018 for the project and snowdown event w/ proof na nacomplete ko ung task para sa rewards. Until now, wala pa ring response. paano icocompensate ngayon ng garena yung rewards kung expired na. sayang yung time and effort to complete the event. nakakadisappoint, matagal ng magreply yung customer support. Bogus pa

    Possible na nagkaroon po kayo ng misunderstanding na kung saan, baka po ung isang event ang nabanggit dito. About naman po sa event nung Dec. 23, tulad po ng nakalagay sa announcement, 5 - 10 working days po ito at hindi po 5 - 10 days. Magkaiba po yan. Sa working days po, hindi kasama ang weekends and holidays. Ibig sabihin, expect nyo po ang rewards on or before January 9, 2018.

    Hi Mod Yasuo,

    Thank you sa response. yung 1st ticket na nilog ko is for 12 days Project Event lang and malinaw po na nakalagay na 30 tokens lang yung nareceive ko kaya naglog n aq ng ticket nung Dec. 23, 2017 kasi yung friend ko kumpleto yung kanya. at nkalagay din dun sa ticket n dapat 75 tokens and 2 project orbs yung makukuha ko kasi nka 8days ako n may mahigit 5 wins. then nung nagreply xa na credited na pinalipas ko pa ng 2 days baka may replication time lang pero until now wala pa rin. mageexpire na yung project tokens mukhang nd na mapapakinabangan. So I'm not sure kung maling account yung pinaglagyan ng rewards n sinasabi nung Karl. pero nkagalay naman account details ko sa 1st ticket. Sana maassist nio aq sa issue ko.

    Ah ok, ako naman ngayon ung nalito. Tungkol pa rin pala ito dun sa project tokens. Bale, linawin ko na lang po ulit, ung rewards na ineexpect nyo po ay 75 tokens + 2 orbs, tama po ba?

    Sorry for the confusion.. yup tama po.. initially ang nireport ko e 30 tokens lang yung nareceive ko na dapat ay 75 tokens at 2 project orbs. mageexpire na yung event pero wala pa rin. and nung nagsabi yung email support na credited na yung kulang sa account ko e ni hindi nadagdagan ni isang token yung nasa loot inventory ko. Provided naman yung Garena UID and IGN ko. nakakapang hinayang kasi kung ano pa yung mahirap at matagal iaccomplish na event yun pa yung sablay yung rewards.

    Nabasa ko yung announcement na nacomplete na yung pag insert ng project rewards sa lahat ng pending account. pero until now wla pa rin sakin at wala pang reply sa mga nlog ko na tickets. pwede po bang matulungan nio aq na iforward na lang ang details ko sa concerned team?

    Try nyo pong magfile po ulit ng ticket. Take note po, file ng bagong ticket at hindi po ung magrereply po kayo sa email thread nyo po ng customer support.

    Yes, Nagfile ako ulet ng mga ticket sa link na to https://www.garena.ph/support/ . And ilang times ko na rin po namention na until now walang reply po yung support and I know naman po na No-reply yung sa OTRS system. kaya tnry ko na magmanual report sa customercare@garena.com and account@garena.com .

    Pwede po bang paffollow up lang po?

    Question lang, paano ko po ba malalaman na nalog ng bagong ticket yung report ko to https://www.garena.ph/support/ ? wala kasing email receipt or feedback na nalog na ng new ticket. Paano ko po maveverify kung in progress na yung report ko? or still pending pa rin? hindi ko kasi alam ang nangyayari nag log ako ulet ng report kahapon at nag email ako ulet manually to account@garena.com at gumamit pa ako ng 2 separate email address.

    Please, hindi po ba pwedeng iforward na lang tong issue ko and yung details ko sa concerned team ng lol garena?
