Hacked / Lost Garena Accounts


If you have a verified email address registered with Garena, you can self-help to reset your Garena account password. Go to
www.garena.ph, click "LOGIN" on the top right corner. Click on "Forgot Password?" option and follow the instructions to reset your password;


If the email address registered with your Garena account is not verified, you can send us an email at
account@garena.com and our friendly customer service agents will help you. In order to establish the ownership of the account, Garena customer service agents will ask for certain documents and information. We apologize that for security reasons, Garena customer service agents will not be able to help you if you cannot provide the documents and information required.


Forgot Username / Email Address of the Account


If you still remember the verified/unverified email address but forgot the Username/Password registered to that account, you may send us an email at
account@garena.com using the email address registered to the concerned account and request for retrieval of the account concerned.

If you still remember the Username of that account but forgot what email address you used to register, send an email to
account@garena.com to request for retrieval and they will provide you a bit of information regarding the account.

Please note that you need at least remember/provide the Garena Username or the email address to retrieve an account.


Request to Change the Registered Mobile Number / Remove 2-step Authentication


To change the mobile number currently registered on the account, log-in your Garena account at
www.garena.ph then send an email request through the Customer Support Page or send an email to account@garena.com if you can't access the account concerned.


Request to Change Account's Email Address


If your email address is currently
verified with your account, you may send an email request through our Garena Customer Support and provide the new email address you would to use. Wait for their reply and confirm your request via your email account.

If your email address is currently
not verified, you may change your email address by going to your Account Profile at the Garena website, Garena Account tab > My Account > click Verify next to Email > Login your Account > type the new email address you would like to use > complete the verification step.

If your email address is verified but lost access, kindly send an email to account@garena.com and follow the instructions given by our Customer Support. Please do note that you need to provide all the requirements or else they would not be able to assist you further.
