Conversion of shells into riot points??

1. I just loaded my account with shells but i don't know how to covert them into riots??
2. Is it currently possible to buy skins and other items with them??

IP cannot be bought with Garena Shells.

IP can only be obtain by playing and finishing matches.

Try playing custom games (tutorial mode) and solo que to increase your ip gain.
